Rock Creek Manor understands that personal care, and the people who provide it, are the heartbeat of the company. Residents are honored by honoring staff. Everyone is known. Everyone is heard. Great care comes from good hearts and good people. This is a family-centered community that responds to care needs as they arise and holds itself to a high standard.

Each day begins with devotion and prayer. Meals are prepared from scratch by our chefs, including breads, entrées, desserts, and the best sweet tea around.

Because ownership lives in the community, the operation remains personal and closely involved. Rock Creek Manor was thoughtfully established on 70 acres of natural beauty, and that setting is part of what makes life here so special.

Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

Medication management

Trained staff assist with self-administration of medications. We manage the entire life cycle of medication requirements for every resident by partnering with doctors and pharmacies.

Meals

Our chefs cook every meal from scratch, including breads, entrées, and desserts, and serve meals in our dining room. We accommodate special diets, and guests are welcome at the table.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping. Our care team handles immediate laundry needs, and each resident has a weekly laundry schedule.

Safety

Our leadership and care team are on call 24 hours a day, and every suite has a personal emergency alert system. Trained staff are on site 24 hours a day.

Activities and faith

Volunteers bring music, animals, dancing, presentations, artistry, and physical movement. Our Activity Director brings life and spunk to each day. We begin each day with devotion and prayer.

Salon and wellness

Our on-site salon and spa offers cuts, color, wash and sets, manicures, pedicures, and hot shaves, with lots of good conversation.

Transportation

Weekly outings, plus trips at no charge within 15 miles of home. Our campus life leader manages trip requests.
